Copyright concerns

AdultRankly respects copyright and will review sufficiently detailed notices concerning material displayed by or linked from AdultRankly. Because AdultRankly is a directory, a complaint about content hosted by a third-party destination may also need to be sent directly to that destination or its hosting provider.

Takedown notice

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material or link claimed to infringe and provide enough information to locate it, provide the complaining party's contact information, include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, include a statement that the information is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act for the rights holder under penalty of perjury, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Response

Upon receipt of a sufficiently complete notice, AdultRankly may remove or disable access to the identified material or link while the claim is reviewed, and may request clarification when a notice does not identify the work, location, or authority of the sender with reasonable specificity.

Counter-notification

Where applicable, a person affected by a removal may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and the required contact, jurisdiction, and signature information.

Designated contact

DMCA notices should be sent to [email protected]. The operator should keep designated-agent contact details and any registration required by the U.S. Copyright Office accurate and current where applicable.

Adults only

AdultRankly is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their location.
